    Donna Murray is a proud Wiradyuri and Wonnarua nation citizen of the Murrumbidgee River and Hunter Valley, NSW. Donna is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA).

    Donna was a recipient of the 2021 Pro Bono Impact Awards in recognition of her contributions to social change and continues to provide strong strategic leadership across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs and the wider health and education sectors. Donna has formal qualifications in community development, management and Indigenous governance and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors bringing over 25 years’ experience working in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, higher education and government.

    Donna is the Independent Chairperson for PwC’s Indigenous Consulting, Director on Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Australia, and the Chairperson of Thirrili Ltd a national Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander suicide postvention service. She has a genuine commitment to working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, families and communities supporting cultural, community and economic development. Donna is actively engaged in strengthening Wiradyuri and Wonnarua nation building and the revitalisation of Wiradyuri language as a member of the Budyaan Wiradyuri Language Trust.
