    Edwina Powe is a proud palawa woman from North Eastern lutruwita and a pelvic health physiotherapist.

    Edwina has spent several years working clinically in both NSW and QLD across tertiary and remote settings.

    With post-graduate qualifications in public health and clinical service redesign, Edwina was responsible for the establishment of a multidisciplinary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women’s health service that endeavours to provide culturally responsive care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women residing in the greater Brisbane area.

    Edwina currently sits on the Allied Health Rural Generalist Accreditation Council and Australian Physiotherapy Council Accreditation Panel and spends her days working in the wonderful pelvic health physiotherapy team at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.
