Research Consultant, Cultural and Indigenous Research Centre Australia (CIRCA)

    Ly is a consultant and digital health scientist, with 7 years of experience leading research and evaluation projects for international and national organisations, such as The World Bank Group, CSIRO, Restless Development, and several Australian universities. Ly has managed a diverse range of projects, including digital health, AI, climate change, gender and sexual rights.

    Ly has a background in Public Health, including a PhD in Digital Health which focused on developing and evaluating innovative technologies to improve health behaviours and prevent chronic diseases. Ly’s research has influenced global policies, including those of the World Health Organisation, Public Health Agency of Canada, and the Australian Royal Commission into Aged Care and Quality.

    Ly is currently working as a Research Consultant for Cultural and Indigenous Research Centre Australia (CIRCA), where she leverages her expertise in evidence-based methods to address research and evaluation inquiries with a culturally sensitive lens, ensuring that underrepresented perspectives are heard and valued.
