Liliana Laranjo

General Practitioner, University of Sydney, NSW

    Liliana Laranjo has a background as a General Practitioner, having a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, and a PhD in Digital Health. She is a Senior Research Fellow at the Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney. She has been awarded a NHMRC Emerging Leader Investigator Grant (2023-2027) and an Honorary Future Leader Fellowship from the National Heart Foundation.

    Liliana’s current research focuses on using digital health (smartphone applications, text messages, wearable and wireless devices) to promote behaviour change, patient-centred care, and primary and secondary prevention of chronic conditions.
